1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our developer platform, APIs, model completions, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate use of our services.

2. API Usage & Restrictions

When utilizing our model APIs (including Petrify-2 and Petrify-2 Mini):

• You must secure and protect your API keys. You are fully responsible for all usage charges associated with your key.
• You may not use our models to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
• You may not reverse-engineer, distill, or extract weights from our closed models to create competing neural architectures.

3. Model Outputs

As between you and PetrifyAI, you own all inputs submitted to our models and all outputs generated. However, due to the nature of machine learning, you acknowledge that outputs may not be unique and other users may generate similar results.

4. Service Availability & SLA

While we aim for 99.9% uptime of our training cluster and inference network, our services are provided "as is". We reserve the right to limit access, deprecate models, or implement rate-limits to protect system health.
