If you are using PetrifyAI on behalf of an enterprise or legal entity, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind such entity to these terms.

PetrifyAI is fully licensed for commercial, professional accounting, legal, and enterprise use:

• You may freely generate, export, email, print, and distribute business tax invoices, GST e-invoices, QR codes, and accounting vouchers to clients, tax authorities, and banking institutions.
• You may utilize PetrifyAI’s 110+ document utilities for high-volume commercial document workflows without per-document processing fees.

While PetrifyAI provides built-in GST rates, HSN/SAC code lookups, Mod-36 GSTIN verification, and double-entry arithmetic validation, users remain responsible for ensuring that their tax filings, input tax credit claims, and statutory declarations comply with the respective tax jurisdictions and local accounting standards.

PetrifyAI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Because all cryptographic hashing, compression, and PDF operations occur in client-side memory, we recommend maintaining regular backups of your original master documents before performing destructive batch modifications or permanent redactions.

You agree not to use PetrifyAI to generate fraudulent invoices, forge official government seals, circumvent digital rights management protections, or manufacture counterfeit legal instruments.
